The "Because We Care" ministry strives to visit our sick, elderly and shut-ins to remind them that we love them, that we are thinking about them, and that they are missed. On Wednesday nights, we will take a desert out to them and spend some time in visitation. If you would like to help call Bobby Lumpkin or Cindy Miller, or show up at the Family Life Center on Wednesday nights at 5:15 p.m. |
A family game night is scheduled for Sunday, November 30th, from 5:00 to 7:30. Bring you favorite dish to share at our potluck meal and don't forget your favorite board game, card game, dominos or other family-friendly fun game. If you have questions, please contact Mark Morgan. |
This year's Hanging of the Greens will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, directly following a fellowship meal. A turkey dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center. Reservations for the meal must be made in advance and submitted by November 30th. |
The Fun Bunch outing for December will be held Sunday, December 7th. We'll be traveling to Colonial Heights Baptist Church to experience the drama, While the World Slept. We have 25 tickets ($8 each) that will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We plan to leave directly from Shiloh following the Sunday service and stop to eat on the way. For more information, please contact Rod Meade. |
Whether it's a fun-filled back-to-school party for the kids or an elegant banquet for adults, our cameras are there capturing the event. You'll want to return frequently to browse our high quality photography. |

Organized in 1855, Shiloh Baptist Church is conveniently located on Kings Highway (Route 3) in eastern King George county. We offer many services, activities and opportunities throughout the week. In addition to our Sunday morning worship service, we offer Sunday school classes, prayer services, men's groups and women's groups. Join us Wednesday evenings for Wonderful World on Wednesday programs. Our active children's and youth ministries feature age-appropriate Sunday school classes, the Awana program, Vacation Bible School, youth groups and domestic and international missions trips.
We declare our adherence to the doctrines and teachings of the New Testament. Our mission is the worship of God, fellowship with other members of the body of Christ, study and practice of Christian discipleship and the promotion and advancement of Christ's kingdom throughout the earth. Shiloh Baptist Church is a faith-based, God-loving church that is open to everyone.
