Quarterly business meetings are held in Shiloh's Family Life Center. Minutes from the previous meeting are presented by the clerk, reviewed for accuracy and approved. Copies of those approved minutes are available in hardcopy form in the church office. Electronic copies are listed below. Similarly, the Board of Directors meets monthly, and all are welcomed to attend.
