Audio CommitteeThe Audio Committee is responsible for staffing the sound booth and managing all audio needs for church services. They maintain all audio equipment (except musical instruments).

Audit CommitteeAt the end of the fiscal year, this committee audits the books of the church and indicates their approval by signing the treasurer's annual report before it is submitted to the church.

Baptism CommitteeThis committee plans and coordinates all baptism ceremonies.

Building and Grounds CommitteeThis committee is responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the church property. They recommend and supervise custodial workers. Additionally, they acquire, maintain and inventory all furnishings and equipment (except musical instruments and automotive equipment).

Bus CommitteeThe Bus Committee is responsible for all matters of maintenance, inspection and safety of the church bus. They also maintain a list of qualified drivers and arrange for an approved driver for all scheduled trips.

Cemetery Committee This committee is charged with the granting of easements for burial sites. They maintain a current record of all burial sites.

Constitution and By-Laws Committee This committee reviews and maintains important church documents including the Constitution and By-Laws.

Finance CommitteeThe Finance Committee is responsible for planning and carrying out the financial program of the church in accordance with the principles of a unified budget.

Flower Committee This committee ensures that appropriate flower arrangements are placed in the auditorium for worship services.
|
Hostess Committee The Hostess Committee is responsible for providing support for all events for which the kitchen facilities are needed. They recommend policies covering use of the kitchen and maintain a current inventory of kitchen equipment.

Music CommitteeThe Music Committee aids in the selection of musical personnel and are responsible for the acquisition, management and maintenance of all musical instruments and supplies.

Nominating CommitteeThe Nominating Committee presents nominations for the church officers and standing committee members to be elected by vote of the church.

Publicity Committee The Publicity Committee is responsible for raising awareness of our church and ministries within the community. Duties include coordinating newspaper articles, newspaper advertisements, brochures, video productions, web site and photography.

Records Preservation Committee This committee ensures that all pertinent church records including attendance, budgets and business meeting minutes are properly preserved.

Teller CommitteeThis committee is responsible for counting, processing, sorting and depositing all money collected during Sunday School, worship service and other services.

Trustees
It is the duty of trustees to hold in trust all church property, deeds, titles, mortgages and other documents. They have the power to sign legal documents involving the sale, mortgage, purchase or rental of property or other legal documents where the signatures of trustees are required.

Usher Committee
Ushers greet people as they enter and leave the church, seat people at the proper time, provide bulletins, take collections and prevent interruptions and distractions during services.
